Conditioners and Heat Pumps"

Effective Date June 12, 1986.

Regulations for the purpose of

- Establishing procedures to allow a building
permit to be issued for development that crosses
a lot line, under certain conditions.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 50 of the
Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-20 "Limitations oh Issuance of Building
Permits"
