AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations for the purpose of

providing a more explicit role for the County
Executive in Adequate Public Facilities matters;

providing for Council approval of Adequate

Public Facilities thresholds and criteria

through the Annual Growth Policy or District
Council resolution; and

providing for changes in the Adequate Public
Facilities criteria for the interim period
before Council action on the first Annual Growth
Policy.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Section 50-35(k) "Adequate Public Facilities"

Effective Date April 22, 1986.
