AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

1)   revise certain procedures and deadlines for County
Council review of executive regulations;

2)   generally amend the procedures for promulgation
and review of executive regulations; and

3)  make technical and stylistic changes.

By amending

Chapter 2A (Administrative Procedures Act)

Sections 2A-15 and 2A-21 of the Montgomery County Code

Effective Date January 20, 1987.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for
the purpose of

clarifying the District Council's discretionary
authority for local map amendment filing fee
refunds subsequent to the case being advertised
for public hearing.

The following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code
are amended:

Section 59-H-2.33 "Refund of Filing Fees"

Effective Date January 28, 1986.
