MONTGOMERY COUNTY

(1) to provide for voluntary registration of homeowners'
associations, [[and]] municipal corporations, and
special taxing districts with the department of
environmental protection;

(2) to require the department to make a list of registered
homeowners' associations available to the public;

(3) to require the department to ask about homeowners'
associations, [[and]] municipal corporations, and
special taxing districts during the permit process;

(4) to require that the applicant state under [[oath]]
penalty of perjury whether the proposed site is in a
homeowners' association, [ [or] ] municipal corporation,
or special taxing district;

(5) to require the department to give notice to a
homeowners' association, [[or]] municipal corporation,
or special taxing district when a permit is issued under
certain circumstances;

(6) to provide that this legislation does not prohibit the
department from issuing a building permit;

(7) to require the County Executive to adopt regulations;
and

(8) to generally amend the process for issuing building
permits for property in a homeowners' association,
[[or]] municipal corporation, or special taxing
district.
