AN ACT to:

(1)   provide that if a member of the Human Relations
Commission or a member of a commission panel, is
serving on a panel that is hearing a case and the term
of the member expires, the member may continue to
serve until a final decision is made;

(2)   define a quorum of a commission panel and a hearing
