AN ACT

(1)   to establish a special fund in the Department of
Police to receive money forfeited to the County
because the money is seized while the drug laws are
being enforced;

(2)   to provide for the administration and use of the fund
by the Director of the Department of Police;

(3)   to require the County Executive to deposit into the
fund the money forfeited to the County; and

(4)   to require the County Executive to adopt regulations
regarding the administration of the fund.

rail transit stations;

(2)   define "workplace" and "rail transit station";

(3)   make technical corrections; and

(4)   generally amend the law on smoking prohibition.
