Bill No. 21

AN ACT amending Subsection (g) "Annual leave (vacation)" of
Section 1.117 "Leaves" of the Howard County Code in order to
allow employees to carry over 40 days of accumulated leave from
one fiscal-year to the next.

Bill No. 22

AN ACT amending Section 1.114 "Personnel records and forms"
of the Howard County Code to allow the removal of correspondence
related to disciplinary actions from an employee's personnel file
provided 4 years have elapsed since the most recent entry a
certain time and to set a time for removal and notification to
the employee of the decision and action and to clarify that
personnel records are confidential pursuant to Maryland Law.

Effective Date July 7, 1986.

Bill No. 23

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cP) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mildred C.
Jordan.

Effective Date June 9, 1986.

Bill No. 24

AN ACT amending Section 20.314 "Ad Valorem charge" and
Section 20.315 "Middle Patuxent Drainage Area supplemental Ad
Valorem charge" of the Howard County code in order to exempt
service-connected 100% disabled veterans from the ad valorem
charge and the Middle Patuxent Drainage area supplemental ad
valorem charge.
