AN ACT amending Section 3.206 "Qualifications for master
electrician-limited license", 3.207 "License Application" and
3.213 "Indemnity and Insurance" of the Howard County Code to
remove the requirement that holders of the master
electrician-limited license have insurance coverage and to
clarify the type of coverage required for other individuals doing
electrical work.

Effective Date May 5, 1986.

Bill No. 11

AN ACT amending Section 24.103 "Applicability; nonexclusive
remedy" of Title 24 "Civil Penalties" and various sections of
Subtitle 3 "Animals" of Title 17 "Public Protection Services" of
the Howard County Code to clarify the civil citation process in
relation to animal matters.

[Amending Sections 24.103 and 17.301 through 17.306 of the
Howard County Code]

Effective Date May 5, 1986.

Bill No. 12

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cO) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to George C.
and Elsie A. Deering.

Effective Date May 5, 1986.

Bill No. 13

AN ACT amending Section 16.113 (c) (2) of the Howard County
Code for the purpose of providing that the County Council may by
its resolution terminate the extension of an existing street.

Effective Date June 9, 1986.
