AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
24-6(d), heading, Provision of Water and Sewer Services, of
Article I, heading, In General, of Chapter 24, heading, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for
reimbursement by the property owner to the developers for costs
incurred in the construction of water and sewer facilities within
the County service area; and to further provide for the
collecting and remitting of monies to the developer.

Effective Date April 17, 1986.

AN ACT to add new Subsection (115.1) to Section 25-2.4,
heading, Definitions, of Article II, heading, Zoning, of Chapter
25, heading, Zoning Code, of the Harford County Code, as amended;
to provide for the definition of personal care boarding homes.
