Community Care Centers

FOR the purpose of amending the Zoning Regulations in order
to allow certain types of community care centers by special
exception in the R. C. 2, R. C. 3 and R. C. 5 zones under certain
conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Sections 1A01.2.C.5., 1A02.2.B.7A and 1A04.2.B.5A
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, as amended
