AN ACT concerning

Zoning Regulations - 0-1 and 0-2 Zones

FOR the purpose of allowing certain accessory commercial
uses in the 0-1 and 0-2 Zones; altering the bulk regulations and
floor area limitations of such uses; defining terms; and
generally relating to commercial uses in 0-1 and 0-2 Zones.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 101 - the definitions of "Floor area, adjusted gross.
and "Office Building, Class B", and

Section 204.4.B., 205.3.A., 205.3.B., 205.3.C.1., 205.4.A.,
and 205.4.C.
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, as amended

AN ACT concerning

Zoning Regulations - Storage of Motor Vehicles

FOR the purpose of prohibiting   the storage of an inoperative

motor vehicle on a residential lot;   authorizing the storage of an

unlicensed vehicle on a residential   lot under certain conditions;
and defining terms.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 101 - Definitions, by adding the definition of
"commercial vehicle" UNLICENSED MOTOR VEHICLE and
"inoperative motor vehicle" and amending the
definition of "Junk Yard"
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, as amended
