AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Zoning Regulations

FOR the purpose of amending the Zoning Regulations in order
to permit the use of O. T. Zones in Planned Unit Developments
(PUDs) in the County; and specifying certain conditions and
limitations; and correcting language and removing obsolete
references in the Zoning Regulations.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 100.1.A.2., 430.2.B., 430.2.C.1., 430.2.C.2.b.,

430.3.B., 430.3.C.1., 430.3.C.2., 430.4.C.1., and 430.4.C.2.

County Employees - Disclosure Protection

FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain action being taken
against a County employee or applicant for employment as a
reprisal for the disclosure of information by the employee or
applicant regarding criminal activity or certain other activity
of which the employee or applicant is aware; providing remedies;
defining terms; and generally relating to the protection of
County employees for the disclosure of certain types of
information.
