(3) [Acquire] OWN, LEASE, CONSTRUCT, OR REHABILITATE
a rental housing production project or the land therefor [upon]
AND MAY AT ANY TIME FOLLOWING completion of the project [and
thereafter] transfer the project or land to an eligible sponsor;

(4)  Limit the return on equity allowed to sponsors or
enter into equity participation agreements with sponsors; or

(5)  Within the limits established for families of
lower income, establish income ranges and percentages of each
income range to be served by a rental housing production project.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning                             

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages - Caterer's License

FOR the purpose of permitting the Wicomico County Board of
License Commissioners to issue a caterer's license to
holders of a certain class of alcoholic beverages license;
establishing a license fee and the hours and days for
exercising the license privileges; providing for the scope
of the license; requiring a holder to provide food as well
as alcoholic beverages at the catered event; providing an
exception to a certain license holding prohibition; and
generally relating to creating an alcoholic beverages
license for caterers in Wicomico County.
