BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 28, Sections 2-303, 2-403, 3-204(a), 4-304(a)(81)
and (82), 4-404(a)(68), (108), and (109), 6-103(a),
10-104(e)(ii) and 10-lll(a)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning

Zoning - R2 Districts - Conditional Uses

FOR the purpose of providing that certain uses are permitted
as conditional uses in an R2 District; and giving this Ordinance
retroactive applicability.

Article 28, Section 2-402(b)
