AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning

Personnel - Corrective

FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors in the class
titles and salary grades of classified employees.

WHEREAS, Bill No. 95-85, effective March 20, 1986, adopted
the Anne Arundel County Code (1985); and

WHEREAS, since the adoption of the new County Code certain
errors in Article 8, Personnel, have been discovered; now
therefore

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Article 8, Sections l-202(b)(2), (5), (6), (8), (12), (13),

(15), and (24)
