CHARTER RESOLUTION AND AMENDMENT NO. 86-CR-004

FIRST 1986 ANNEXATION

A Resolution to Amend the Charter of the Town of Edmonston,
Maryland, by the addition thereto of Section No. 2(A), entitled
"First 1986 Annexation", providing for the Annexation of certain
property located east of the existing Edmonston boundary,
including property to the west of Edmonston Road and east of
Kenilworth Avenue, north of the existing Bladensburg boundary and
south of the existing Riverdale boundary.

Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date July 24, 1986]

CHARTER RESOLUTION AND AMENDMENT NO. 86-CR-013

A Resolution to amend the Charter of the Town of Edmonston,
Maryland, by the amendment of Section 6 to provide the Mayor and.
Town Council authority to call for a special election to be held
in the event of a vacancy in a Mayoral or Councilmanic Office
which the Mayor and Town Council are unable to fill by majority
vote.

amendments.
