MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTIONS 516A, 516B and 516C OF THE
CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE TO PROVIDE THAT THE COUNTY
OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALE OF TAX-DELINQUENT PROPERTY
SHALL SELL THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE'S TAX-DELINQUENT PROPERTY AT
THE COUNTY TAX SALE IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY STATE LAW

RESOLUTION NO. 147

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Charter of the Town of Centreville
be amended as follows:

Section(s) 405 of the Charter of the Town of Centreville is
hereby amended by adding the words "Registration with the Town
Board of Elections does not qualify as registration for County
Elections.", the said Section to hereafter read as follows:

Centreville, Queen Anne's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
