A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BRENTWOOD
TO CHANGE THE DATE WHEN THE NEWLY ELECTED MAYOR AND
COUNCILMEMBERS SHALL TAKE OFFICE

By repealing and re-enacting Section 300.0 of the Charter of
the Town of Brentwood, Maryland (1977 Edition) to change the date
when the newly elected Mayor and Councilmembers shall take office
following the election on the first Monday in May.
