Section 105A 85(d)(4), 105A, and 105B

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
85.
(d) (4) In Wicomico County the hours shall be from 10
[o'clock], a.m. to [1 o'clock a.m.] 2 A.M., Monday through
Saturday.
105A.
In Wicomico County, (1) a Class B "on-sale" hotel and
restaurant license for the sale of beer, wine and liquor
authorizes the sale or disposal of alcoholic beverages between
the hours of 10:00 a.m., Monday to Saturday, inclusive, and [1:00
a.m.] 2:00 A.M. of the following day, and between 12:30 p.m. and
10:00 p.m. on Sunday (and then only for consumption by patrons
seated on the premises), and at no other times; (2) a Class C
"on-sale" club license authorizes the sale or disposal of
alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10:00 a.m., Monday to
Saturday, inclusive and [1:00 a.m.] 2:00 A.M. on the following
day, and between 12:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday (provided
that under the Sunday licenses the sale or disposal of any
alcoholic beverages is permitted only for consumption by patrons
seated on the premises), and at no other times.
105B.
In Wicomico County notwithstanding any other provisions of
this subtitle, the hours during which the privilege conferred by
a beer or beer and light wine Class B (on-sale) hotel and
restaurant license and a beer or beer and light wine (on-sale)
license may be exercised, is from 6:00 a.m. to [1:00 a.m.] 2:00
A.M. on the day following, Monday through Saturday, inclusive;
and between 12:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday provided that
under the Sunday license the sale or disposal of any alcoholic
beverages is permitted only for consumption by patrons seated on
the premises and at no other times.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
