CERTIFICATIONS

And it is hereby certified that  at said election, 470,569

votes were cast for the adoption of   said Chapter 722 and 189,228

votes were cast against the adoption  of said Chapter 722, the

said Chapter 722 of the Acts of 1986  has therefore been ratified.

GIVEN Under My Hand and the Seal of the State Administrative
Board of Election Laws of the State of Maryland, Done at the City
of Annapolis, this 8th day of December, In the Year of Our Lord,
One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Eight-six.
