AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission -

Notice of Claims
MC/PG 10-87

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from bringing a certain
action against the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission unless a notice of the claim is given
within a certain length of time after the injury; and
providing for certain requirements for giving the notice;
authorizing a court under certain circumstances to entertain
a suit notwithstanding the failure to give a notice; making
this Act contingent on the failure of another Act to take
effect; and generally relating to a required notice of
claims against the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 2-121 and 2-122, respectively, of

Article 28 Maryland National Capital Park and Planning

Commission of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be
Section(s) 2-122 and 2-123, respectively.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
