DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects stylistic errors in internal
references in § 13-1106(c) of the State Finance and
Procurement Article.

The stylistic errors occurred in Ch. 449 of the Acts
of 1986.

The stylistic errors were noted by the Michie Company
and by the State Attorney General in his bill review
letter of May 6, 1986.

(c) (1) The Appeals Board shall have jurisdiction to hear
and decide all appeals arising under the provisions of [§
17-201(e)] § 17-201(F) of this subtitle.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated cross-reference
in § 17-202(c)(l) of the State Finance and Procurement
Article.

Subsection (e) of § 17-201 of the State Finance and
Procurement Article became subsection (f) of that
section in Ch. 863 of the Acts of 1986.

The outdated cross-reference was noted by the Michie
Company.

(b) (2) "Doing business with or in South Africa" does not
include companies or persons who are completing a limited
consulting contract in existence on [the date of enactment of
this subtitle] JANUARY 1, 1987, in South Africa that was entered
into as a result of the company divesting itself of all business
property and operations in South Africa.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This clarifies the language in §
18-901(b)(2) of the State Finance and Procurement
Article.

The language being clarified was contained in Ch. 666
of the Acts of 1986.

The clarification was suggested by the Michie Company.

(b) (1) The Transportation Selection Board shall waive the
requirements of subsection (a) of this section if:

(v) Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Transportation, accompanied by a finding by the Governor of
