(b) (3) The Treasurer shall keep, AS a voucher, a copy of
each warrant for payment of money into the State Treasury.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of language in
the State Finance and Procurement Article.

The omission of ", as" was a publishing error, which
occurred in the printing of the 1985 Volume of the
State Finance and Procurement Article.

The omission of the language was noted by the Revisor
of Statutes.

Part II. [Schedule] APPROPRIATIONS

7-205.

Money may be disbursed from the State Treasury only in
accordance with the current appropriation for a program as
amended from time to time in accordance with this title.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an outdated designation of a
part immediately preceding § 7-205 of the State
Finance and Procurement Article.

Ch. 377 of the Acts of 1986 amended all sections in
Part II. 'to refer to "current appropriations" rather
than to "current schedule".

The outdated designation of the part was noted by the
Michie Company.

7-208.1.

(c) (2) The Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals may approve
an amendment that increases a salary so that it exceeds the
limitation of this subsection if the Chief JUDGE finds that the
salary increase is needed because an inability to obtain or to
keep an essential career employee who is performing an
administrative function or an essential professional or technical
employee has created an acute emergency, and the finding is
documented.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of language in §
7-208.1(c)(2) of the State Finance and Procurement
Article.

The language was omitted from Ch. 377 of the Acts of
1986.

The omission of the language was noted by the Michie
Company and by the Computer Division of the Department
