(iii) The provisions of bylaws, rules, and
regulations of a [condominium] CONDOMINIUM, as defined under the
Maryland Condominium Act, of a cooperative housing corporation as
defined under the Maryland Cooperative Housing Corporation Act,
or of a homeowners association [as defined under the Maryland
Homeowners Association Act].

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in a cross-reference
and corrects the omission of punctuation in §
14-119(a)(l) of the Real Property Article.

The Maryland Homeowners Association Act (Senate Bill
475) was not enacted during the 1986 Session. The
reference to the nonexistent provision was contained
in Ch. 563 of the Acts of 1986.

The omission of the punctuation, a comma, also
occurred in Ch. 563 of the Acts of 1986.

The error was noted by the State Attorney General, in
his bill review letter of May 5, 1986, and by the
professional staff of the Legislative Division of the
Department of Legislative Reference and by a member of
the General Assembly. The omission of the punctuation
was noted by the professional staff of the Legislative
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.

Article - State Finance and Procurement

(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, each unit of the
State government monthly shall:

(1)  pay into the State Treasury all collections,
fees, income, and other revenues that are received by the unit;
AND .

(2)  account to the Comptroller for those revenues.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of a conjunction
in § 6-213(a) of the State Finance and Procurement
Article.

The omission of the conjunction, "and", was a
publishing error, which occurred in the printing of
the 1985 Volume of the State Finance and Procurement
Article.

The omission of the conjunction" was noted by the
Revisor of Statutes.
