proposed program.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a typographical error in §
8-1809(d)(l) of the Natural Resources Article.

The typographical error occurred in Ch. 601 of the
Acts of 1986, when the word "of" was used in the place
of the word "on" in existing language.

The typographical error was noted by the Michie
Company.

8-1909.

(a)  Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section,
in exercising its powers, the Trust is exempt from the provisions
of [Articles 15A, 21,] THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE
AND ARTICLES 64A, 73B, and 78A of the Code and may carry out its
corporate purposes without obtaining the consent of any
department, board, or agency of the State.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects outdated cross-references in
§ 8-1909 of the Natural Resources Article.

Article 21 and the applicable provisions of Article 15

of the Code became the State Finance and Procurement

Article in Chs. 11 and 12 of the Acts of the Regular

The outdated cross-references were noted by the Michie
