The typographical error, the use of the word "or" in
the place of the word "of", occurred in Ch. 828 of the
Acts of 1986.

8-1104.
(b) In Montgomery County, notwithstanding the provisions of
SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION AND § 8-1103(a)(l) [and §
8-1.104(c)] of this subtitle, the soil conservation district may
delegate to the County Department of Environmental Protection, by
written agreement between the district and the Department, the
authority to review and approve or reject any sediment control
plans for nonagricultural land-altering activities.
DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects stylistic errors in a
cross-reference in § 8-1104(b) of the Natural
Resources Article.
The stylistic errors occurred in Ch. 811 of the Acts
of 1986.

8-1105.2.
(j) In the event the county or municipality fails to raise
or to pay to the State its percentage of the costs of a project
as established by a financing plan or any portion thereof within
6 months of the certification of costs by the State Comptroller,
the State Comptroller shall cause to be withheld from
State-collected, locally-shared taxes, and, to the extent
necessary, from the State grant provided for by Article 81,
Section 12H and the State aid for police protection provided by
[Article 15A, Section 3] ARTICLE 15A, §§ 36 THROUGH 39 to which
the county or municipality would otherwise be entitled, for the
following fiscal year, a sum sufficient to reimburse the State
for any sum remaining unpaid, together with interest on any such
unpaid amount at the rate of 10 percent per annum from the date
of such certification by the State Comptroller.
DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in a cross-reference
in § 8-1105.2(j) of the Natural Resources Article.
The error occurred in Ch. 606 of the Acts of 1986.
