SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments

11-702.

(b) (6) "Fund" means the special fund established under §
ll-702(m).

(m) (1) The program shall operate as a continuing,
nonlapsing, special fund, that consists of moneys appropriated by
the State to the program.

(2) The Department shall use the fund to make loans
and to pay expenses of the program including reserves for
