data that a person must submit to the WSSC for any permit
authorized or required by this article.

10-101.

(a) The WSSC may:

(1)  Enter on a public roadway to install, maintain,
and operate the WSSC system; and

(2)  Construct a water main[,] OR sewer[, or drain] or
any appurtenance of a water main, OR sewer[, or drain] in a
public roadway:

(i) In Prince George's County, subject to the
permit and regulation provisions of §§ 10-102 and 10-103 of this
title; and

(ii) In Montgomery County, subject to the
permit and regulation provisions of §§ 10-102 and 10-103 of this
title.

10-103.

(a) Sections 10-101 and 10-102 of this title do not limit
the WSSC's authority to enter into contracts or agreements with
any federal, State, county, or municipal unit of government or
with the District of Columbia concerning the matters described in
§§ 10-101 and 10-102 of this title, if the agreement or contract
is necessary, advisable, or expedient in connection with the
construction, maintenance, and operation of the WSSC's water[,]
AND sewer[, and drainage] systems.

[10-107.

Before the construction of any structure intended to permit
water to flow in or under any road or street in the sanitary
district, the plans for the structure shall be submitted to the
WSSC for review and recommendation.]

10-108.

(a) (1) In this section the following words have the
meanings indicated.

(2)  "Construction contractor" means any person who
performs or who is engaged or hired to perform road construction
work.

(3)  "Road construction work" means the construction,
repair, paving, repaving, or grading of a public roadway.
