(II) HAVE COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY COLLEGE
COURSES IN BIOLOGY AND CHEMISTRY REQUIRED BY THE BOARD; AND
(2) Be a graduate of a school of chiropractic that
has been approved by the Board under § 3-402 of this title.
(d) The requirement that an applicant [complete
satisfactorily 2 academic years of college does not apply to an
individual licensed before June 1, 1967] HOLD A BACHELOR'S DEGREE
DOES NOT APPLY TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS MATRICULATED TO AN
APPROVED SCHOOL OF CHIROPRACTIC BEFORE JULY 1, 1991.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

(House Bill 453)
AN ACT concerning
Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties - Vehicle Laws -
Maximum Gross Weight
FOR the purpose of altering, in Allegany, Garrett, and Washington
counties, the maximum gross weight limitation for a vehicle
with 4 or more axles in use when loaded that is issued a
certain registration by the Motor Vehicle Administration;
providing that a vehicle registered with a certain weight
limitation is limited to a certain maximum gross weight when
the vehicle is operated in certain counties; providing
certain penalties for refusal to submit to an order to weigh
a certain vehicle in Allegany, Garrett, or Washington
counties; providing that the Secretary shall receive
approval of this Act from the Federal Highway Administration
before registering a vehicle under this Act; providing that
this Act is contingent on certain events; making provisions
of this Act severable; and generally relating to a specific
class of registration.
BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
