AN ACT concerning

Action for Possession of Real Property

FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions relating to action
for ejectment to provide for an action for possession of
real property; repealing certain provisions relating to an
action for ejectment; requiring that a landlord give a
certain notice in a certain manner; providing a certain
effect if proper notice is not given; providing a certain
effect after execution of a judgment for possession;
authorizing certain persons to bring an action for
possession of real property; making stylistic changes; and
generally relating to an action for possession of real
property.
