(b) Public entities may pool together for the purpose of
purchasing casualty OR PROPERTY insurance or self-insuring
casualty OR PROPERTY risks.

(C) ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONS CLUBS, CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS,
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS, AND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATIONS MAY POOL
TOGETHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING CASUALTY OR PROPERTY
INSURANCE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Program
Assistance to Local Jurisdictions

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Governor to include certain
sums in the budget each year for assisting local
jurisdictions in certain costs of developing and
implementing Chesapeake Bay Critical Area programs;
repealing altering the requirement that requiring that
certain local jurisdictions submit certain information to
the Critical Area Commission requests to the Governor by a
certain date; and generally relating to financial assistance
for local jurisdictions in the development implementation of
Critical Area programs.

BY repealing and reenacting, with without amendments,
