SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

3-302.

(c) Except as otherwise provided in this title, the
applicant shall:

(1)  Have completed satisfactorily:

(i) 2 academic years at a college or university
approved by the State Board for Higher Education or by a
comparable authority in another state; and

(ii) At least two of the following college
courses:

1.  Biology;

2.  Chemistry; or

3.  Physics; and

(2)   (I) Be a graduate of a school of chiropractic
[that]:

(I) THAT has been approved by the Board under §
3-402 of this title; OR;

(II) THAT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE BOARD UNDER
§ 3-402 OF THIS TITLE WITHIN 3 YEARS AFTER THE APPLICANT'S

GRADUATION; OR COUNCIL ON CHIROPRACTIC EDUCATION WITHIN 4 YEARS

AFTER THE APPLICANT GRADUATED FROM THAT SCHOOL AND LICENSED IN
ANOTHER STATE FOR 2 YEARS.

(II) 1. BE LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE FOR AT
LEAST 2 YEARS; AND
