(2)     Any savings and loan association;

(3)     Any credit union;

(4)     Any insurance company;

(5)  Any licensee under the Maryland Consumer Loan
Law; [or]

(6)  Any licensee under the Maryland Secondary
Mortgage Loan Law [.]; OR

(7)  ANY PERSON WHO MAKES OR BROKERS LESS THAN 5 3
LOANS SECURED  BY A FIRST MORTGAGE. OR OTHER LIEN ON REAL PROPERTY
PER YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

FOR the purpose of altering provisions of law relating to the
educational qualifications of applicants for licenses to
practice chiropractic; and relating generally to the
