Supplement the appropriation, "Design and

prepare detailed plans and specifications

for Computer Sciences and Engineering

Building...", originally made by Chapter

286 on page 1201 of the Acts of 1986,

Section 1(5) of Chapter 286 of the Acts of

1986 being hereby modified to the extent

that work may begin upon satisfactory

assurances to the Board of Public Works

that the project can be completed with the

aggregate of the funds herein and

heretofore appropriated for this purpose.......... 100,000
