addition and alterations to Carver Hall...",
originally made by Chapter 286 on page 1201
of the Acts of 1986, Section 1(5) of Chapter
286 of the Acts of 1986 being hereby modified
to the extent that work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of the funds
herein and heretofore appropriated for this

(b)  Supplement the appropriation, "Renovate
Somerset Junior High School and Bird
Hall...", originally made by Chapter 125 on
page 1646 of the Acts of 1985, Section 1(5)
of Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985 being
hereby modified to the extent that work may
begin upon satisfactory assurances to the
Board of Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of the funds
herein and heretofore appropriated for this
