(25) Premises for the sale and dispensing of
alcoholic beverages shall be controlled as provided in Article 2B
of the Annotated Code;
(26) The delivery of home heating oils and gas.
together with related services, in cases of emergency;
(27) Self-service laundromats and all types of car
washes;
(28) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
permit any new or used car dealer to sell, dispose, barter, deal
in, deliver, give away, show, or offer for sale any motor vehicle
or certificate of title for any motor vehicle on Sunday;
(29) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
affect or change any existing public general law or public local
law pertaining to Sabbath breaking in the City of Ocean City;
(30) The State's Attorney of Worcester County may
petition the circuit court to enjoin any violation of this
section;
(31) Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction, is subject to the following penalties. The first
conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred
dollars ($100.00), a second conviction is punishable by a fine
not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), and for a third or
subsequent conviction by a fine not to exceed five hundred
dollars ($500.00) for each employee caused, directed or
authorized to work in violation of this section. Nothing
contained herein shall be construed to permit any fine upon any
employee or agent who has been caused or directed by his employer
to violate the provisions of this section.]

(a) In all of Worcester County, the retail or wholesale
sale of wearing apparel, hardware, notions, novelties, antique
shops, flea markets and all other properly licensed retail or
wholesale establishments, with the exception of those items
otherwise restricted by law, are permitted to operate on Sunday.
(b) This section does not affect or change any existing
public general law or public local law pertaining to Sabbath
breaking in the City of Ocean City.
(c) The State's Attorney of Worcester County may petition
