WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor                      Ch. 11

The error in punctuation and the misplaced disjunctive
conjunction were noted by the professional staff of
the Department of Legislative Reference. The outdated
reference was noted by the Deputy Commissioner of
Labor and Industry.

(c) The Commissioner may [promulgate rules and] ADOPT
regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out this
subtitle, consistent with the requirements of [the Administrative
Procedure Act and the State Documents Law] TITLE 10, SUBTITLE 1
OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes antiquated language and
corrects an outdated cross-reference in Article 100, §
80A(c).

The antiquated language was contained in Ch. 442 of
the Acts of 1982. The administrative Procedure Act
and the applicable provisions of the State Documents
Law became Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State
Government Article in Ch. 284 of the Acts of 1984.

The antiquated language and the outdated
cross-reference were noted by the professional staff
of the Legislative Division of the Department of
Legislative Reference.
