(A) UPON THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY BY THE DEPARTMENT UNDER
THE AIRPORT NOISE ZONE ACQUISITION FUND; THE SECRETARY SHALL
INSTALL INSULATION TO THE ACQUIRED PROPERTY AND SUBMIT SUCH
PROPERTY FOR RESALE TO THE PUBLIC.

(B) EACH PROPERTY WHICH IS SOLD BY THE DEPARTMENT UNDER
THIS SECTION, SHALL CONTAIN IN THE CONTRACT OF SALE, NOTICE THAT
THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN THE AIRPORT NOISE ZONE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Franchise Taxes - Savings Banks and Building, Savings
and Loan Associations Tax - Estimated Tax

FOR the purpose of requiring certain savings banks and savings
and loan associations to file a declaration of estimated
savings bank and building, savings and loan associations tax
at a certain time and to pay a certain amount of estimated
tax by a certain time; providing for the manner of filing
the declaration and for paying the estimated tax; allowing a
credit in a certain amount for estimated tax payments;
specifying the basis for distributing certain funds to
counties and Baltimore City; providing for the application
of this Act; and clarifying language.
