SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages - City of Annapolis -
Annapolis Wine Festival

FOR the purpose of establishing a wine festival in the City of
Annapolis; limiting the licensee to the sale and display of
wine that is manufactured and processed in Maryland;
providing for the qualifications of an applicant and the
scope of the license; authorizing the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board for the City of Annapolis to select a weekend
for the festival which does not conflict with the Maryland
Wine Festival under certain conditions, to set a certain
fee, and to select a festival location; requiring the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to adopt regulations for
the implementation of this Act; and generally relating to
creating a wine festival license in the City of Annapolis.
