SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the term

limitation of this Act applies to persons who are serving on

boards and commissions on December 1, 1987 as well as to persons

who are subsequently appointed; however, a person who has served

for more than 2 consecutive full terms and is a member of a board

or commission on the effective date of this Act may continue to

serve on the board or commission for the remainder of the term.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July December 1, 1987.
