LAWS OF MARYLAND

(a) The Department shall conduct the criminal background
investigation and issue the printed statement provided for under
this Part VI. IT MAY SHALL UPDATE AN INITIAL INVESTIGATION AND
ISSUE A REVISED PRINTED STATEMENT, WHEN APPROPRIATE, CONSISTENT
WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART VI FOR THE INITIAL INVESTIGATION
AND PRINTED STATEMENT LISTING ANY OF THE CONVICTIONS, PENDING
CHARGES, OR OFFENSES DESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION
OCCURRING AFTER THE DATE OF THE INITIAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND
INVESTIGATION STATEMENT.         

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Condominiums - Board of Directors

FOR the purpose of permitting the nomination of any person to
serve on the board of directors of a condominium under
certain circumstances; and requiring that a call for
nominations be sent a certain period in advance of a notice
of, election.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

11-109.                                                                                               

(c) (1) A meeting of the council of unit owners or board of
directors may not be held on less notice than required by this
section.
