(II) IF AN EMPLOYER OR LABOR UNION REFUSES TO
OBEY AN ORDER BY A CIRCUIT COURT ISSUED UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH, THE
EMPLOYER OR LABOR UNION SHALL BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.

[(c)] (D) Each agency of this State and each political
subdivision of this State shall give the Child Support
Enforcement Administration any information and help the Child
Support Enforcement Administration requests under this section.

[(d)] (E) Any record compiled under this section shall be
available only to:

(1)  an authorized representative of this State or of
a local department of this State; or

(2)  a person who has a right to the records in an
official capacity.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County Board of Education -
Compensation Education Salary Commission
PG 415-87

FOR the purpose of altering the annual and interim compensation
of the Chairman and other members of the Prince George's
County Board of Education; establishing the Board of
Education Salary Commission in Prince George's County to
advise the County's Delegation in the General Assembly;
providing for the membership, appointment and terms for the
members of the Commission; providing for the powers and
duties of the Commission; and generally relating to the
annual compensation of the Chairman and other members of the
Prince George's County Board of Education.
