(7)  any money that is owed as a result of a default
on a loan that the Department of Economic and [Community]
EMPLOYMENT Development OR THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT [has] HAVE made or insured; or

(8)  any money that is owed under Article 48A,
Subtitle 10, 16A, 33, or 34 of the Code.

(c) (2) The Secretary shall be provided assistance from the
Department of Economic and [Community] EMPLOYMENT Development in
specifying procedures for paragraphs (l)(i) and (ii) of this
subsection.

12-312.

No person classified as a helper or trainee shall be
employed on public works. Only apprentices in a trade, craft, or
occupation for which an apprenticeship program has been approved
by the apprenticeship and training council of the Department of
ECONOMIC AND Employment [and Training] DEVELOPMENT shall be
employed on public works. Each apprentice employed on a public
works shall be paid not less than the percentages, as set forth
in such approved apprenticeship program, of the journeyman
mechanic's prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the
Commissioner of Labor and Industry for such journeyman mechanic
in the trade, craft, or occupation in which the apprentice is
employed on the public works.

Article - State Government

9-1107.

(b) Of the 26 Council members:

(1)  1 shall be a member of the State Senate;

(2)  1 shall be a member of the House of Delegates;

(3)  1 shall be the Secretary or a designee from the
Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning;

(4)  3 shall be from the State Department of
Education;

(5)  1 shall be from the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene;

(6)  1 shall be the Secretary or a designee from the
Department of Human Resources;
