(d) (3) The Department of ECONOMIC AND Employment [and
Training] DEVELOPMENT shall coordinate funds for this Displaced
Homemakers Program according to the provisions of Title II .of the
federal Job Training Partnership Act, with the funds to be
provided by service delivery areas.

21-105.

The State Board of Education, the State Board for Higher
Education, the State Board for Community Colleges, the Department
of Human Resources, the Department of Economic and [Community]
EMPLOYMENT Development, [the Department of Employment and
Training,] the Board of Regents of the University of Maryland,
the Board of Trustees of State Universities and Colleges, the
Governor's Employment and Training Council, and all other
appropriate State agencies shall cooperate with the State Council
on Vocational-Technical Education in supplying any studies and
reports requested by the Council. In return, the Council shall
supply copies of its reports and studies on request.

(a) The Council consists of the following 18 members
appointed by the Governor:

(1) the Secretary of Human Resources;

       (2) the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene;

(3)  the Secretary of ECONOMIC AND Employment [and
Training] DEVELOPMENT;

(4)  the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning;

(5)  the State Superintendent of Schools;

(6)  the Director of the Office on Children and Youth;

(7)  1 member of the Senate of Maryland nominated by
the President of the Senate;

(8)  1 member of the House of Delegates of Maryland
nominated by the Speaker of the House;

(9)  3 persons with extensive programmatic or academic
experience with pregnant or parenting adolescents and their
families;
