(1)  Withhold from the applicant further loan
guarantees until the applicant complies with the agreement or
requirements; and

(2)  Exercise any other remedy for which the loan
guarantee agreement provides.

13-312.

(c) Any person or any aider and abettor, who violates any
provision of this [subheading] SUBTITLE, is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding
$50,000 or imprisonment in the penitentiary not exceeding 5
years, or both.

13-313.

The Department shall promulgate such rules as are necessary
to carry out' the purposes of this [subheading] SUBTITLE.

Former subheading "Day Care Facilities Loan Guarantee

Ch. 5 of the Acts of 1986.

This [subheading] SUBTITLE, consisting of § 14-201 through §
14-214, may be known as the Tax Increment Financing Act.

14-202.

(a) In this [act] SUBTITLE the following words have the
meanings indicated, unless the context clearly indicates another
or different meaning or intent.

(e) "Bonds" or "bond" means any revenue bonds or bond,
notes or note, or other similar instruments or instrument issued
by any municipality or county pursuant to and in accordance with
this [subheading] SUBTITLE.

(j) "Original assessable base" means the assessable base as
of January 1 of that year preceding the effective date of the
resolution creating the development district under § 14-206 of
this [subheading] SUBTITLE.
