4-1203.                                                         

A person who violates any provision of [the following
subtitles, parts, or sections of this title] SUBTITLE 4, EXCEPT
§§ 4-425 AND 4-436 is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction
is subject to a fine not exceeding $100[:

(1)   Subtitle 4, except §§ 4-425 and 4-436.

(2)   Subtitle 7.

(3)   § 4-903.

(4) § 4-908.

(5) Part III of Subtitle 10].

4-1205.

(a) A person who violates [§ 4-624(b) or] § 4-819 of this
title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:

(1)   For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $300;

or                       

(2)   For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding
$500.

(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation
continues constitutes a separate offense.

A person who violates any provision of the following parts
or sections of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500:

(1) [§ 4-114.

(2) § 4-624(a)

(3) § 4-617.

(4)] § 4-818 . ; AND

[(5) Part II of Subtitle 10.

(6)] (2) § 4-1110.
