Ch. 297 LAWS OF MARYLAND An employee in a cannery or frozen food processing plant may [Subtitle 7. Crab Meat] [Part I. Definitions; General Provisions] [4-701. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings (b) "Crab meat" means the edible meat of steamed or cooked (c) "Crab meat plant" means: (1) A picking plant; or (2) A place where crab meat is heat-treated to (d) "License" means a license issued by the Secretary to (e) "Picking plant" means a place where: (1) Crabs are steamed or cooked; (2) Crab meat is picked from crabs; and (3) Crab meat is packed.] [4-702. This subtitle applies to the following stages in the (1) Steaming or cooking. (2) Picking. (3) Packing. (4) Chilling;.
