(1)  Keep the surroundings of the licensee's cannery
or frozen food processing plant sanitary; and

(2)  Keep waste from collecting in and around the
buildings of the cannery or frozen food processing plant.]

(a)  Each employee who occupies living quarters provided by
a licensee shall keep the living quarters sanitary.

(b)  Each employee in a cannery or frozen food processing
plant who works where food is prepared shall wear:

(1)  Clean clothing that is disposable or can be
washed; and

(2)  A clean, effective hair restraint.]

[4-624.

(a)  (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this
subsection, a person may not operate a cannery or frozen food
processing plant without a license.

(2) If the Secretary believes that a person is
operating a cannery or frozen food processing plant without a
license, the Secretary shall give the person notice, by certified
mail, return receipt requested, bearing a postmark from the
United States Postal Service, that the person has 10 days in
which to obtain a license.

(b)  If a license issued under this subtitle is suspended or
revoked, the person whose license is suspended or revoked may not
do any act within the scope of the suspended or revoked license.]

An employee in a cannery or frozen food processing plant who
has an infected wound on an arm or hand may not:

(1)  Handle a food product; or

(2)  Handle a container for food products before the
container is sealed.]
