[4-112.

A person may not sleep in:

(1)  Any workroom of a bakery, creamery, cheese
factory, dairy, ice cream plant, milk distribution station, milk
plant, or other food processing plant; or

(2)  Any kitchen, dining room, or food storage room of
a hotel, restaurant, or boardinghouse.]

[4-113.

(a)  A person may not knowingly employ any individual to
work in any building, vehicle, or place in which food is
manufactured, prepared, produced, packed, stored, collected,
sold, distributed, or transported if the individual employed:

(1)  Has a communicable disease that may be
transmitted by food; or

(2)  Is a carrier of a communicable disease that may
be transmitted by food.

(b)  An individual may not knowingly work in any building,
vehicle, or place in which food is manufactured, prepared,
packed, stored, collected, sold, distributed, or transported if
the individual:

(1)  Has a communicable disease that may be
transmitted by food; or

(2)  Is a carrier of a communicable disease that may
be transmitted by food.]

[4-114.

(a)  To enforce this subtitle, the Secretary or a
representative of the Secretary, at any reasonable time, may
enter and inspect any establishment or building in which food is
manufactured, prepared, produced, packed, canned, frozen, stored,
deposited, collected, sold, distributed, or transported.

(b)  A person may not:

(1) Refuse to grant access to the Secretary or any
representative of the Secretary if the Secretary or
representative asks to enter an establishment or building under
this section; or
