Ch. 290

LAWS OF MARYLAND

(i) The Juvenile Services [Administration]
AGENCY;

(II) THE Developmental Disabilities
Administration, or Mental Hygiene Administration of the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene;

[(ii)] (III) The Department of Public Safety
and Correctional Services; or

[(iii)] (IV) The residential school located
within the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behavior of the
University Hospital.

22-201.

(b)(3) The following officials shall serve ex officio and
each may designate someone to serve in his place:

(iii) The Director of the Juvenile Services
[Administration] AGENCY;

(vii) Two county superintendents of schools
from counties where a State hospital center or a juvenile
residential institution of the [Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene], JUVENILE SERVICES AGENCY is located, who shall be
selected by the State Superintendent of Schools.

22-204.                                                                                                 

(a) (2) Funds for the operation of the educational programs
in State juvenile residential institutions shall be provided in
the budget of the Juvenile Services [Administration] AGENCY.

5-508.

(b) This section does not apply:

(5) to an individual with whom the child is placed in

foster care by:

(iii) the Juvenile Services [Administration]

AGENCY;                                                                           

5-509.

(b) This section does not apply:

(3) to; an institution, that accepts only children
placed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene or the
Juvenile Services [Administration] AGENCY.
